Deborah Ehrlich is the  President and owner of Staging Plus, Inc. and an Accredited Staging Professional Master. She studied and trained under Barb Schwarz, the pioneer and creator of the Staging concept.

 

 

What is an Accredited Staging Professional Master?

An ASPM™ is a professional who has completed an extensive hands-on course taught by Barb Schwarz, the creator of  Home Staging.  The intense learning and close one-on-one working relationship with Barb is highly regarded as one of the most extensive in the Staging industry.  Staging Certification deals with logic and creativity.  Deborah Ehrlich, owner of Staging Plus, Inc., proudly holds this high standard of Accreditation and Certification.  

The ASPM™ Certification is the ONLY nationally recognized certification for Home Staging. Course graduates have been personally trained by Barb Schwarz, creator of Home Staging, and author of many books on the topic.

Deborah is a committed professional and dedicated to serving her clients by preparing homes for fast sales at top dollar. Whether the home is vacant or occupied, she uses proven techniques and her clients' own furnishings or hers, creating the "WOW " factor to optimize the price for the home and minimize the time it is on the market.

Deborah is one of the founding members of the Tampa Bay  IAHSP™ Regional Chapter (TBIRC). TBIRC is a division of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP™).
